Hotel is conveniently located by the airport and it offers shuttle service. Hotel appearance is worn and dated, but my room was very clean and comfortable. Front desk staff were friendly and attentive. I received an extra room key upon request. Hotel phone number is not posted on Google Maps. I have questions about my bill, so I called hotel through Wyndham Rewards app. I am still not sure if it was the correct phone number, since no one picked up and the voicemail answering message did not state a name.
Hotel has bedbugs. Woke me out of my sleep at 2:30am with bites. Went to front desk and asked what were they going rondo he said idk. Now o have to travel home unsure if im transferring those little creatures to my home! Do not stay here unless you like bad service and being a meal.
The room was clean. The shower was hot. The continental breakfast was pretty decent (scrambled eggs made fresh when we went in, cereal, bagels, bananas, etc). My only things that kept it from being 5 stars were: Room was hard floor rather than carpet. I get that it's easier to clean and stuff, but planting bare feet onto a smooth, chilly floor is not ideal. (Maybe even just a rug under the bed itself would help?) Vending machines are old school cash only. Had to dash to a gas station to grab a couple Cokes in the morning. Simone at the front desk was friendly and welcoming.
Let me first start by saying I read the reviews on our way to stay at this place for work and duration of 2 nights and i was horrified and deathly afraid to stay here. My husband and I had absolutely no issues with the staff!! The front desk receptionist was extremely friendly and the family that runs the restaurant and bar are very kind and hospitable. The food from the restaurant was delicious and is even available on doordash for those not at the hotel. While the elevator is indeed old and the inspection is outdated, it functions just fine. The building is very old but made of solid concrete so it is very stable. The 4 out of 5 came from the few updates such as paint and stuff marks (minor cosmetics) but for people like my husband and I, we have stayed at way more terrible locations while traveling for work. I would most definitely stay here again if we were ever in the area and wouldn't hesitate to make this our first option. Affordable with very friendly workers. BTW we asked for fresh towels and we didnt have to fight anybody for them!!!
This place is great! Close to the airport, clean and beautiful! But the best part was the ribeye at the restaurant! The cook was beautiful and so excited that I was happy with my food! It was a real blessing to have such great food after a long day flying!
I have been here for two weeks and the customer service is great. The people at the front desk are nice, honest and helpful. Great area to chill and it's close in with a pool. My kids enjoyed playing basketball in the back.
